Why a card beats a “please review us” text

AT THE TABLE

The ask arrives at the right moment

People review while they're happy — sat at your table, in the chair, at the till. A card is there; a text message arrives after they've forgotten.

ZERO FRICTION

One scan, no searching

The code opens your review form directly. No app, no typing your name into Google, no “which one is you?”.

NO SUBSCRIPTION

Print once, use for months

Review software charges monthly. A printed card costs a few cents and works forever — and it never breaks.

How it works

  1. Get your review link. Google Maps → your business → Share → Write a review → copy. Step-by-step guide.
  2. Paste it here and type your name. The card updates as you type.
  3. Scan the preview with your phone. If it opens your review form, the code is good.
  4. Download and print. Print at 100% (actual size), not “fit to page”.
Do not offer discounts or freebies for reviews. Google's review policy forbids incentivised reviews and will remove them. These cards never include an incentive line — ask honestly, and the reviews stay.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Build and download as many cards as you like. The free version keeps a small credit line at the bottom of the card. The $39 pack removes it and adds print-shop files.

Do I need an account or an app?

No. The page runs entirely in your browser: the QR code and the artwork are generated on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and the tool keeps working if you save the page.

Where do I find my Google review link?

Open Google Maps on a computer, search for your business, click Share, then Write a review, and copy the link. If you have a Business Profile, the “Ask for reviews” button gives you a short link. Full walkthrough: Get your link.

Will the QR code work when printed small?

Yes, if you print at actual size. Every file is 300 dpi at its stated size, and the code has a white quiet zone around it. Test with your phone before sending a batch to a printer.

Can I offer a discount for a review?

No. Google's policy forbids incentivised reviews, and shops have had reviews removed for it. Ask honestly instead — the copy on these cards is written to do that without sounding desperate.

Do you support Yelp, TripAdvisor or Facebook?

Any link works — the code encodes whatever you paste. Google is simply where most local reviews matter.
